[BDS-13839] Diamond ore still not fixed

After the 1.17.2 update that was supposed to fix the diamond ore generation I started several new world to make sure diamond ore is generating and I still could not find any diamond ore. My computer is fully updated with the latest version so I hope I'm not the only one having this issue

Is this only happening on a Bedrock Dedicated Server? What platform are you playing at?
