BDS-13780Only VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found even with visual c++
When attempting to run the .exe file (for the first time IDK if that affects things) it popped up with only the error VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. I was also running in to the other error but when I downloaded visual c++ redistributable 2015 it only solved the other error

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.10)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
