[BDS-13578] Nether portal gone in nether 1.17.0

I made a nether portal in the overworld using 14 obsidian and went in to the nether, but the nether portal wasnt there in the nether, so im stuck in the nether.

I saved, left and re-opened the world and i could see the portal
