Ever since this the latest update my microsoft account no longer works i have contacted microsoft support they said to come here

What device are you using and what happens exactly when you try to connect your Microsoft account?
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
