Resource packs not going into game.

Hello! I have found an issue with my resource packs recently. When I go to install new Add ons and mods, they download perfectly fine. I go to my settings to enable them and they'll pop up as if they have been downloaded, but when I get into the game they never show up. I have tried this with different worlds, restarted my Minecraft and signed out, but nothing has worked. I'm not sure if it's a bug with the app I'm using or if it's with my Minecraft. Thank you!
