Minecraft Blocks Won't Load

I've been trying to download The Escapists 2 for a while now, but every time I get on the game, I can see block off in the distance, just not the ones I'm standing on.  It was also very hard to import the world and the resource pack on Bedrock, simply because there isn't a .minecraft folder. Is there anyway you can help me out by either fixing it or telling me what I need to do?
