Minecraft on switch

Hello, my son can no longer access the game on his switch. When opening the game a black screen appears and at least 20 minutes after the red screen with written Mojang appears but does not load. I have already uninstall and reinstall and cannot find a solution on the internet.

All other switch games are working and there is room on the console. What should I do or contact. Thank you
