Random Number Generator broken on Zen 2 Hosts
As of 1.16.210.06, random number generation is completely broken on Zen 2. On my intel PC, I get unique session Ids every time the server starts. On my ryzen based server, the session id is always ffffffff-ffff-4fff-bfff-ffffffffffff
This also impacts new players joining the server as it also assigns them the same id to store their inventory and player information. The side effect is that all new players will be the exact same player. This is extremely urgent to fix.
