[BDS-12976] Cant acces marketplace and system rejects skins saved

I log In fine but cant access marketplace and i like getting the servers like hive and mineville now i cant cause of 1.17 and saving or uploading a skin everytime i save and close the game it resets my look to either steve or my custom look its annoying
