[BDS-12975] Dismount minecart when boosted

So last time I discovered it, I was travel about maybe almost 100 blocks, but while I was riding the minecart, the game dismounted off of my minecart, so here is a demonstration

Duplicate of ~~MCPE-11310~~, which is working as intended. You are using activator rails instead of powered rails.
