Minecraft for xbox refuses to give me the one pickle two pickle sea pickle four achievement, and when I try, all my other achievements stop working

I have tried and tried but it does not work, it doesnt work in single player, multiplayer or on a realm. I'm trying to get all the achievements but it's a bit hard when it doesnt work. After I attempted it seemed to break the rest of my achievements as I didnt get them for gaining the trust of an ocelot, getting a dolphin to lead me to treasure, and cook and eat a rabbit. I've exited and re entered several times but it does not work. I hope this is fixed in the future.
