[BDS-12929] switch player can't join my server

hi i just set-up a dedicated server for me and my mates and my mate on the Nintendo switch cant join at all even though he is white listed

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
