[BDS-12903] Villager from Spawn Egg do not link to bed or bell, or breed

Villagers from Spawn Eggs will not connect to Bells, Beds or Job Blocks. If they are spawned as child and grow up to not be a nitwit they will still not connect.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
