[BDS-12856] Can’t Connect to World

I can not connect to my realm world. I hava two realms and one I can connect to just fine and the other won’t connect. I tried rebooting, deleting the app and redownloading, etc but nothing works. Is this a bug?

I am having the same issue with my realm. Every time I try to load it, it says loading, then building resources, then says unable to load the world. I have logged off, restarted the app, relogged on. Even tried logging on by means of a different devise and nothing works. It stopped working yesterday during the day. Nothing has changed with my network or our internet connection.
