Unable to connect friends world issue

there is a issue that I unable to connect with my friends online world even from previous update. I did played at the my friends WiFi to check if it's work, well it did  until I played  my own WiFi, it does not let able to connect in online world. The WiFi are stable enough for me to join online server such as lifeboat, the hive etc. I tried to log in and out in my account unfortunately it's not working either, same goes uninstall the game too. I would like to ask If there any way to fix it?
