BDS-12696Causes Xbox One X to turn off.
No other game causes the Xbox One X to turn off to my knowledge and experience. Only Minecraft. The game crashes and then shuts down the entire Xbox.

Did you tried to reinstall the Game from the Store?
Additionally it cant be the Java Edition and the xBox version at the same time, you might wanna remove one of the tags in the environment field
