BDS-1269can't access skins
So I've contacted support through email and they said to report this as a bug. I bought the "random pack" skin pack from pixelheads. They apparently do not have any contact info that support could give me. The pack shows as unlocked since I have purchased it but when I select the pack it shows the skins as locked and if I select a skin and click confirm it switches to default alex skin when I go into the menu. I cannot use the skins I have purchased. Please advise.
Environment
using minecraft windows 10 edition. I have windows 10 on a competent dell laptop.
