[BDS-12653] Honey blocks cannot be crafted with 9 honey bottles

Hi I am playing the java minecraft 1.16.5 with OPTIFINE And the honey block doesn't work, I can't craft it from the bottle, what am I doing wrong, I am using 9 honey bottles in the square but I can't make the honey blocks

You need 4 bottles to craft a honey block, not 9. Also issues about modifications like optifine etc. are not accepted in this bug tracker.
