Every time I try and join a server it says that Rak servers or down or that i've been disconnected. I just played a few days ago so I know it's nothing wrong with my account.

What servers are you trying to join?
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
