Minecraft stopped working

Minecraft doesnt work after the last update. It has worked fine for a long while (I have played it through Bluestacks).

I can join and create games, but the graphics is bugged (sending a screenshot for reference).

I can however not craft most stuff, i cant make a crafting bench.. The items show up in the correct window but with a red background.

I have reinstalled several times, and it doesnt help
