[BDS-12164] About the bug of DisconnectPacket

Why is the disconnectpacket bug not fixed for a long time? When sending a packet without player information to the bds server, the getnametag will cause the server to crash. Shouldn't we add a judgment? Why is the backtrace removed suddenly at 1.16.210?

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.11)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
