Hello! Recently for the past month I haven't been able to go on realms or the marketplace on my switch, nor can I access my skins or servers

So the message above my marketplace says "there is an error with your account, you will be unable to use the marketplace unit until we have resolved the issue, if this issue persists for several days, please contact support." So I did, and I can't even get on my own realm

Do you also get an "Account Error" message with a number? If so, which number does the message show?
