Purchase issue, all skins and world packs deleted off of my account, and switched to another account.

I owned roughly 16 skin packs, and I logged online, to find out that all of my skin packs are gone, and it says I do not own any of them. My friend I gameshare with on Xbox has all of my owned skins somehow and I am not sure how to get them back. This has never happened before and we have been gamesharing for a long time now. I am unsure on what to do and I was wondering if I could be given my purchased skins back or not. I am very annoyed with how much I have spent on mine coins for all of my skins and world packs to be gone.
