Unable to join

Hello, 

I am unable to join my friend's world on the ps4. The map keeps loading and nothing appears, I have waited more than 10 mins and nothing. Also if we do it the other way around,  my friend keeps getting the unable to verify message. If she joins my world she is able to move for a while then the character freezes and she cant do anything. It's not an internet problem since I never have this issue with other games only minecraft
