When I import a skin on my phone (I have logged in to my Xbox account on mobile) and Everytime I look in my skins on Xbox it doesn't show

This is not a server issue I didn't see one that had my issue so I used the closet one
Custom skins cannot be used on consoles due to platform restrictions. See
MCPE-60890.
