Missing tokens and missing packs bought

I'm having problems with my tokens that I got from the "Playstation 4™ Starter Pack" for Minecraft, I got the starter pack for Christmas, and it came with 700 tokens and 4 add-ons, I spent 500 tokens on packs, "The Enderman" and" Mutant Battle Arena", now both of the packs are gone and the 200 tokens I had left are gone too. This problem first occurred near the beginning of January, I just waited to see if anything would happen with it, but nothing did, and I was going to write a bug report but I would keep forgetting, until now of course, and I don't know what to do, any suggestions?
