I bought a texture pack a while ago, all of a sudden it's gone!

I bought the texture pack Rainbow over three months ago. I have been playing a world with it for weeks now, and all of a sudden after my internet went out and came back on, I hop on to play and it's gone. Please help me resolve this issue, as I spent REAL money on this pack. Thank you.
