[BDS-11716] Boats and Minecart items are not dropping when I break them

I have tried breaking boats and minecarts with any tool or object and still the actual item is not dropping when I break them. So I have to waste iron or wood every time I make one because they're not reusable.

Is the gamerule doEntityDrops Set to false?
