The lighting is broken on a one chuck line in the world

I logged onto a snapshot version world, to see the new cave generation system, and as I was flying around a mountain, I noticed a line, where the lighting was completely broken, as the buggy area was almost completely black. The issue only affected one single line, which was 16 blocks wide, and lined up with the chunk borders completely, however it was an infinite line on one of the axis. I have made a screenshot with the exact coordinates.

Also, the world seed is: -7611774528038348884. The issue got resolved when I left the world and logged back in.
