My Minecraft isn't working

Hello. My name is Anthony and i bought Minecraft Java Edition 3 days ago. My problem is, when i click the "Play" button, Minecraft is starting, but the (no response) thing is showing up, and then only thing i can do is to close the Minecraft window.

What do i do? I spent 100 PLN.
