Cannot get past check out to buy game

PLEASE read this before just responding, I have already been told to contact Mojang by jira before and they were no help and sent me back here... I just want some help please I am also well aware that they are "different games" but that has nothing to do with why I cannot purchase it. This is also for Windows not mobile.

I have been trying to purchase Minecraft dungeons from my Mojang account (not a Microsoft account) I go to the cart and press checkout and it goes to an error even before I can try and put any card info in. And for a reference I have purchased Minecraft off of the same site and with the same card so my card wouldn't be the issue.

I have waited weeks and tried to purchase it on different platforms but nothing is working, I have even at one point had to reinstall everything on my computer (windows reset).
