I was not abel to see my realm or even my server or any other server

I was not abel to join any server or my servr in front of server names and ip that was showing. C vomming soon i knwo that is becase of internet issew but i vhekd my internet i switched to wifi but not abel to do then i deletd mincraft from my mobile and downloded but not abel to join any server then i restared my phone but not abel to join help me.
