BDS-11495Cannot apply resource or behaviour packs
Since upgrading to 1.16.2x I'm no longer able to use any resource packs that were working nicely with previous versions of the server.
I've tried several approaches including applying packs to a world on my phone and copying the world to the server (which always used to work like a dream).
Since we're not able to downgrade our client versions on ipads and phones it's a bit of a blocker.
My server is running on Ubuntu.

I just installed the server alpha software and am also having troubles with applying packs I own and copying my world to the server. I'm gonna try downgrading to the previous version to confirm.

I happened to try again a couple of days ago and found it's working fine with the latest version
