Account issue

My daughter has downloaded the craftable furniture mod but when she loads is up she gets the message "The software was closed because an error occurred". When she loads the game up now there is a message over the marketplace icon saying that there is an error with her account and that until it's sorted she won't be able to access the marketplace. This repeats every time she tries to load it up
