[BDS-11401] compra erronea

Dear mister/miss,

I would like to report a bug. This bug consists that we buy the game Minecraft but when we buy it, and we finish the purchase it gives us an error finally we tried to buy it 3 times more but always it gives us an error.

Finally, we went to the bank account and it says that we have bought the game three times.
What we have to do?
