[BDS-11344] Lag and freezes

Hey guys me and some friends found out this new bug that's very annoying for bedrock edition version 1.16 which it need to be fix ASAP! and y'all probably wondering what kinda bug is it?... so this bug makes your screen lag and freezes for couple seconds when the host appears anywhere in the screen so i don't know if it happens to other people besides me and 4 of my friends which we all tested out on 4 different worlds on each other we this don't know what causes it but we do know that it only happens when the host appears anywhere in our screen. Please share this if we're not the only ones that Experience this!.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
