Game keeps crashing

After loading up the game, I open my world and it plays just fine for a few seconds and the game just crashes. It happens every time when I try to load up a world. Sometimes, it kicks me out when loading up the world and I have to go back it but then the game crashes. Also it does this when I’m playing with other players.
