[BDS-11288] Dessert temples spawn in blown up. Seed is -730362160

The desert temple spawned blown up. I wanted the loot but the TNT had blown up when the temple was spawned.

Does this issue only happen on the dedicated server?
Test it in a world and a server, do you get the same result?
