BDS-11227Minecoins disappeared following duck costume purchase
Earlier today we purchased the duck costume from the minecreaft store on The Hive. We didn't receive the costume and all of the remaining minecoins on our account all disappeared. There were more than 1,000 minecoins. They're all gone now. We want them back. Please can you help us.
