Realms crash when host account joins realm

Other realm members who live at other locations are able to join but when realm owners join (we both play from the same location) join game crashes within 1-5 minutes. 

Resolutions that did not work:

• restarting
• Using either account to log in
• Only one player log in from this location (tried both accounts)
• Connection speed check: dl 672.2 Mbps ul 107.8 Mbps
• Rollback to when issue started
