Solid blocks in shipwrecks are generated water-logged in the official server.
On the alpha Bedrock edition server software, there is a terrain generation bug where solid blocks like jungle planks in shipwrecks are water-logged even though it shouldn't be able to be water-logged. the issue can be reproduced by creating an instance of the bedrock server then going to a shipwreck and trying to create an air pocket inside the ship.
