BDS-1099Dried Kelp will not compost
Dried kelp will not compost on BDS 1.12.0.28, Kelp blocks are fine. Also works fine in 1.12 single player. So issue seems to be specifically latest version of BDS

I play Minecraft Bedrock edition 1.12 on a Windows 10 Alienware laptop and I'm also having this issue. It occurs in a single player world for me as I don't play multiplayer. This seems to have started happening since the 1.12 update.
