[BDS-10955] Not Being Able To Remove Item From Inventory

I am playing on Cubecraft Skyblock and I somehow got a skeleton head it is not letting me remove it or place it into a chest when I try to it just creates a ghost slot and appears in the slot its stuck in, its also happening with my shield. Its just annoying and in the way

Expectation: Remove items from inventory

What's happening: Its stuck in my inventory and whenever I move it, it re-appears in the same slot

However, this issue is Invalid.

The server you are playing on is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.

Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin, add-on or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as Mineplex and Lifeboat, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
