[BDS-10806] Mob Pets not working on newest Amazon Fire 8 tablet

Hello. My daughter keeps getting an alert to check my internet connection when trying to play Mob Pets on her Amazon Fire tablet. There isn’t any issue with any other world, texture, etc... other than that one. I tried it on my razor phone and it seems to work on there perfectly. But not on her new tablet.

Is there anything we can do to get it to work?
