[BDS-10776] Founders Cape

I downloaded the Founders cape back when it first came out and when I went back in PE it says I don't have it anymore and when I put in the pancake cake one I lost the founders cape and I tried to download it again but it wouldn't let me, I'm wondering if I can get it back my PE account is Sirk2321.
