Immersion of Washington DC is not working for me on the ps4 it keeps telling me to connect to internet yet my internet is all fine working and also my connection to service is too weak and it keep changing my character

Sorry but it still didn't work ist not working for the ps4 and the character is change with a white box head instead of the character i equipped please check it out even on the mobile phones the character head is different, idk if the creaters or the system itself
