I bought the Space Battle Simulator 2 map and it's not working

So basically when my friend and I try to play on the map, he keeps dying randomly when trying to respawn on all of the different ships. (trust me we tried) When trying to play on the bigger ships, he keeps dying and being sent into an icebox or something for no reason. He can't get out and we have no idea what's wrong with the map. We've tried creating the map over and over again and it does the same thing every time.

I'd like to know if the map will be updated/fixed or if I can get my minecoins back, cause this is some bs.

We also looked at the trailer for the map and found others who are also having this problem.
