Villager issues

PS4 edition. NOTE. THIS IS NOT A DEDICATED SERVER. I'm pretty sure the selection changed by mistake. It is the ps4 Bedrock edition Villagers are often seen sleeping on the ground, in mid air, in walls, and in just completely random places besides in beds. These villagers can sometimes be pushed by walking into them but cannot be interacted with in any other way shape or form. In the beds there is often seen the angry partical effects at night. Villagers also aren't sleeping in their beds with plenty of open space above them and in a doored room. Nothing I have done seems to fix the issue.
