Villagers Flying Out of Beds

When villagers go to bed they can be pushed out of bed, by the player or other mobs, fly off and disappear. This happens when two villagers sleep directly next to one another and the bug has caused the loss of entire villages. This needs fixing ASAP as it makes it pointless to build up a village anywhere.
