BDS-10194I can't sign into my Microsoft account
Every time I try to connect my Microsoft account with Minecraft on my PlayStation it says "Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connect to another account on "PlayStation Network." Which doesn't make sense because I have never used the account before and I tried making a new account and resetting the password but still got the same result. What should I do?
